Cindy Lee Stine was born on December 8, 1954 at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, NJ.
RYOT was expanded in Pike County to include the Wallenpaupack School District.
Cindy volunteered to coordinate the Sero Project's outreach program to incarcerated people living with HIV.
She ultimately joined Sero as one of its first full-time staffers, where she was employed until her death.
