Yolo Community Foundation Announces New All Things Right &Amp; Relevant Foundation

When All Things Right and Relevant closed its doors in Davis, Calif., earlier this year, it left behind a legacy of support for those with mental illness.

Now, with $1.3 million from the sale of its building, the nonprofit organization behind the consignment and thrift store has created the All Things Right & Relevant Foundation, which will make grants to support career development for those with mental health diagnoses, with an emphasis on programs that create and maintain supported employment positions, reports the Sacramento Bee.

"Our endowment through them will generate funds for mental health causes into perpetuity," says Nancy Temple, president of the Friends of Allied Nonprofits board of directors.

"We invite members of the community to honor All Things Right and Relevant's decades of service, and support its ongoing impact."

The Yolo Community Foundation will make the first grants to the fund in early 2025.
