Grants to Help Strengthen American Democracy, Establish Voting Rights Institute

The MacArthur Foundation announced 18 grants, which amount to $9 million dollars to improve voting in the United States. The grants are specifically to address access to voting, modernizing voting systems and decreasing the influence of big money on elections.
